91视频专区 Ceramic Arts MFA candidate has been studying the crossover between art and industry within the field of ceramics. In 鈥淭he Art of Industry,鈥 Hampson pieces together the results of her studies to show not only the products that she has created using different ceramic manufacturing processes, but the very processes themselves.
Viewers are able to see the steps of ceramic manufacturing processes firsthand via videos created by Hampton, as well as displays of tools, molds, tests and other apparatuses that are key to the process of creating ceramics.
鈥淭he Art of Industry鈥 exhibition is free and open to the public within the Whitaker Gallery from 9 a.m. to 7 p.m. from June 5 to 16. A reception with Hampton will take place on June 9 from 5 to 7 p.m., with an artist talk at 6 p.m.
