DETAILS
Elizabeth Knapp, Ph.D., associate professor of English at 91��Ƶר�� College, published her first book of poems, “The Spite House,” in 2011 (C&R Press), winning the 2010 De Novo Poetry Prize. Her second collection, “Requiem with an Amulet in Its Beak,” published in 2019 (Washington Writers’ Publishing House), won the 2019 Jean Feldman Poetry Prize. Her other honors include the 2018 Robert H. Winner Memorial Award from the Poetry Society of America, a 2017 Maryland State Arts Council Individual Artist Award, and the 2015 Literal Latté Poetry Award. Her poems have appeared in many journals and anthologies.

Nathan Leslie, founder and host of the Reston Readings series and an educator at Northern Virginia Community College, has published 10 books of fiction, including “Three Men,” “Root and Shoot” and “Sibs and Drivers,” among others. He was also series editor for Best of the Web anthology 2008 and 2009 (Dzanc Books) and edited fiction for Pedestal Magazine for many years. His work has appeared in hundreds of literary magazines.
